Shipping Policy
How long after ordering is my order shipped?
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-4 business days since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
We ship all orders from our USA factory. As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase.
For USA: Within 4-5 business days.
For international order: Within 10-15 business days.
These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean your item arrives slightly later than this.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship all items with UPS and USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
Do you ship to P.O Box?
No, we do not ship to P.O Box
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on the way, tracking numbers will be automatically sent to you via the email provided in our system.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 10 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you are still not able to locate your tracking information, please email support@primechoiceshop.com and our support team will get back to you right away.
Returns and Modifications
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order modification and cancellation should be requested within 6 hours upon placing the order. If that time frame has passed, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes to your order once a tracking number has been assigned to it.
My item is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
What's your return policy?
- Non-Personalized Items: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will apply.
- Personalized Items: Personalized items do not qualify for returns.
My item looks different to what I ordered
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. This allows our designers to create many different products with their artwork, without needing to make & photograph thousands of products a day.
It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
